The service provided at the Bangalore One office located at HAL Old airport road office is extremely poor. I have been trying to apply for a new aadhar card for my daughter ( aged 7 years ) and it still remains incomplete. I have been turned back many times for reasons such as Token not avble, server issues, backlog.. Today, mar 30th, i was again turned back, and this time it was by the manager stating that the seal of the school on the study certificate of my daughter was not on the center of the photograph. The seal of the school and the principles signature is very clear at 2 places on the certificate and also across the study certificate. however the manager decline to register a new application and stated that I go back to the school and obtain another seal at the center of the photgraph. I was able to appy for my daughters passport renewal also with the same study certificate but i dont know why the Aadhar cannot be facilitated with this document. The service by the manager was not cordial at all and there is absolutely zero customer service.. Was this information helpful? |
