Bangalore Traffic Police — False traffic fine

The vehicle bearing KA03HZ4884 (Bike KTM RC200) is falsely fined,
Instead of vehicle bearing KA03HZ4804 (Mopped Honda Active ) for not wearing helmet both rider and pillion.
I have not violated any traffic rules.
The fine levied on me wrongly, but the offender is different person.
Please recheck the photo and cancel the fine.
