Bangalore Traffic Police — Fined unnecessarily starting use of phone while riding

I have been unnecessarily an amount of ₹1000 for my 2 wheeler scooter activa(KA04HE5079) on 14th July 2021 at 1:50pm. Even though I dint use phone while riding I have been fine for not even making an offense of the traffic rules . And it simply says as fined on bases of digitab without any proof.
