Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to respectfully request reconsideration of a parking violation notice (Notice ID:[protected] issued against my vehicle.
On 07/04/2025, I had parked my vehicle in front of my college gate as there was no parking space available inside the college premises. The college watchman had permitted me to temporarily park at that spot. Unfortunately, the vehicle was photographed and marked as a violation for “Parking on Footpath, ” and a fine of ₹1000 has been imposed.
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, I kindly request you to consider the circumstances, as the parking was done only due to lack of space inside the campus and with prior permission from the college watchman.
Therefore, I humbly request you to review this case and, if possible, waive or reduce the penalty. I assure you that I will be more careful in the future and avoid such situations.
