I have been fined on 14th sept 2020 for using mobile phone while driving. This I got to know today itself otherwise I would have raised this concern earlier. I was not in Bangalore during that time. Then how can I violate a rule. when I checked in Karnataka one it shows notice no 34819289 and doesn't show any Violation images. So This is not a valid fine.
