Bangalore University — 3rd sem b. a kannada repeater result not showing

Respected sir/ madam, i had written my 5th sem b. A exams during the month of dec 2019, along with it i had written my backlog subject of 3rd sem kannada, but when i checked the result the of 3rd sem kannada is missing, 5th sem all subjects are showing, but 3rd sem kannada subject result is missing, i humbly request you to please look at this issue, i'm confident, our university, will help me with the solution as soon as possible, thank you very much.
