Bangalore University — 6th sem marks card not received

I am a Bangalore University BBM[protected] batch, I am from Acharya Institute of Graduates Studies My register number is 11puc18164 i had cleared all my subject but now its been a university ar that i am waiting for my 6th sem certificates. Bangalore University is not issuing my certificate even i cleared all the semester. All my career plan are misplaced due to the University. Please help me
