Bangalore University — Applied for a marks card correction

i had applied for my bcom 1st sem marks card correction but i had not received it yet college people are saying it will take 3 months time but i need it urgent problem was for 1st sem marks card i scored more than passing marks but in the result they had put for re appear its there mistake that i had to suffer request you to kindly consider my complaint and give me resolution reg no :14JFC41008
