Bangalore University — b.com answer photo copies still not uploaded as per notification

Dear sir,

My cousin applied for on of the paper answer copy since that has failed to before apply for revaluation. We have paid through online for the answer copy request. The photo copies suppose to upload into portal by 24th of july 18. But, i didn't see anything notification for the delay or no further notification published in portal.
Because of this delay we are scared whether the revaluation application timeline will not extend (As per the notification deadline to apply for revaluation is 30/31st of july 18).
We are fear that, we wouldn't be able to apply since the answer copy still not reached to us to check once.

Please help to get resolved please.
