Bangalore University — Delay in issue of 57th Mini convocation degree certificate

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was a student at St. Joseph's College, Bengaluru.

I am supposed to submit the original degree certificate to my employer.
Please confirm when I will get an original degree certificate I belong to the 57 MINI Convocation batch of Bangalore University.

I have already submitted the certificate from Digilocker to the company. However, they are requesting the original degree certificate.
It is been almost two years since we applied convocation. Could you please resolve the issue and send our original degree certificate to our respective colleges?
