Bangalore University — Delay in receiving of 2nd semester marks card

Dear Sir/ma'am I am Harsha A P, completed my Bcom in 2014 in Chamarajpet first grade college. Till now I am not received 2nd semester supplementary marks card (exam held on May 2013) . Due to this I cannot apply for my higher studies. And I was not get proper response from college principle (Ramakrishna Naidu). Please consider my humble request and support to my higher studies through giving necessary documents.
