Bangalore University — Delay in revaluation result

Hello. I have taken the bbm 5th semester examination in Nov 2014, and have applied for revaluation of the same. It is almost getting to be an year and the results are not yet out. Moreover the next chance of reappearing is approaching (nov 2015). It might be too late for me to reapply for the exam as I'm still awaiting the revaluation result. I tried calling various University numbers about the same, but received no response. Please let me know asap when I can expect the result.
