[Resolved]  Bangalore University — didn't get marks card

I am syeda haleema did mba from canara bank school of management studies i completed my mba in august 2014 i wrote 4th sem exam in july aug 2014.i still dint get my 1st and 2nd sem marks card.everyone in my college got marks excluding 4 students including me.i submitted 4 letters till now through my college director Mk shridhar .i always get same reply that there is problem in scanning photo.
I would be grateful if this issue is taken seriously and i get my marks card.i need marks card to apply for job .
