Bangalore University — i didn't get my revaluation marks card of 1 paper 2005

hello sir, i have tried a lot to get my marks card through all means but i didn't get it till now. i have only one back log in 1st sem with a paper of chemistry1.i got 17 marks and i am confident that i was pass and i have written well.then i have applied for re valuation since then i am not able to get the marks card. this discourage me to any work and study for better future.i have given exam in 2005 nov/dec. till now i have not got my markscard.if there is any means to get it then kindly help me or help me to get my certificate.as because of one paper i am unable to do anything.i have done b.sc biotechnology batch no.[protected].
