Bangalore University — I'm complaining about missing marks

I'm currently in fifth sem bcom,
My hindi paper of third sem is missing, as i saw my results, i couldn't see my hindi marks
Result was declared on 22 june 2019, and I'm still waiting, and have informed in college too, but no response and also heard from college that they may charge 2000 rs fine
How can we pay such huge fine
Please look after this, i want to do MBA next year and i can't get admission in my dream college if i don't get this result so please respond to me as soon as possible
