Bangalore University — Name correction in the marklist

Dear concerned.
I came all the way from muscat for my name correction in the marklist. I submitted my original mark list and paid inr 24000 for the purpose of getting a Transcript
Sir. It’s been quite sometime that I don’t get any feed back or responses from the concerned authorities
It’s getting too delayed. Sir. I don’t know why I should suffer after making all the payment Am truly disappointed and do t know who to seek help
I have come back to muscat with no hope. Seriously feels dissatisfied
