Bangalore University — No availability of provisional certificates in digilocker

Its been almost 5 months, since the odd sem results are out but the university hasnt uploaded the marksheet in digilocker. Tried contacting pariksha bhavan no proper response. Many universities have started taking admissions for pg and other professional courses. It will be difficult for students if there is no availability of even digilocker marksheets. Request concerned authority to kindly make all sem marksheet available as soon as possible.
