Bangalore University — Not able to pay photocopy fee

I wanted to put for revaluation for as i have a doubt on my results of 3rd semester B.Com corporate accounting subject code CC31N1
So i paid for the revaluation, and without any surprise i paid the fee, but surprisingly when i tried to pay the photocopy fee for the same subject after paying the revaluation fee I am not able to pay the fee...
I[censored] could help me out this would be a great help..
