Bangalore University — Payment taken but no certificate issued

I have requested for medium of instruction (Moi) english letter from bangalore university. I have emailed to [protected]@inhawk.com and they asked me to make online payment. I have paid via their link and its been a month but i havent received certificate. After multiple emails, bu support replied in single line saying, contact pareeksha bhavan. There was no contact detail. When asked how to contact, they sent link with more than 15 department's number and none of them were related to payment or english certificate. I tried calling more than 10 numbers but no one is receiving call. Now i am not getting reply from bu support as well. Can you please help me with this?
