Bangalore University — permission to clear backlogs

Hi sir,
I'm a student of batch[protected] at bangalore university. I had a backlog of cost & financial analysis of 6th sem bbm. As i was admitted in hospital due to personal reason couldn't attend last year. Am i so bad that chance has to be given for one last time. It's my life career questions where im getting rejected for the backlogs even though we have skills. Please requesting bangalore university to consider this
