Why not Bangalore university of BCOM department. Doesn't provide solved question paper of previous years and if I ask in this site they make us room or he a slave with different rules to complaint

i have passed my M.com in the year 2011 and i have received all semester Marks cards with correct details, but when i received the Convocation PASS year in 2010. Instead of 2011 updated 2010.
Please help me how i can correct this year of passing in the Convocation.
