Bangalore University — regarding my 1st sem and 3rd sem marks cards

I am govardhan m r 2013 batch in b.com studied in international institute of business iibm college my hall ticket number 1327c31011. I will completed degree 2016
2 years lefted when go to ask the marks card i my college one ans don't came come to next month we have to 2years lefted but still not responding on that plz help me without marks card we con't grow in my life sir. Help 1st year and 3rd passed marks cards i want plz help me reqvasting to u.
