Bangalore University — Revaluation marks cards For 5th Sem

I have completed my BBA. However I still not received my Revaluation marks card for 5th Sem for Subject "EMPLOYEE WELFARE & SOCIAL SECURITY"

I have applied for revaluation of 5th Sem for Subject "EMPLOYEE WELFARE & SOCIAL SECURITY" on (March 2019) i have passed in that got result
But when i collected my 5th sem marks card on November 2019
In 5th sem marks cards it shows re-appear?
I have passed in revaluation but did not receive Reevaluation Marks Card.
