Bangalore University — still 6 semester marks card not received from college as well as bangalore university

I have passed bsc cbz exam in the month of april and may 2017 but still marks card not came. I ask at college but they told me to go to university and tell them after went to university they told me that marks card is already release to college but in college also marks card not there. I want my 6 semester marks card urgent for b. Ed admission approval.. Please for god sake help me...
