I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to lodge a complaint about the negligence and unprofessional conduct at the Bangur Medical Center in Kolkata, a GAMCA-affiliated facility. (https://wafidmedical.in/gamca-approved-medical-examination-centres-in-kolkata/)

On 9th May 2024, I attended an appointment at the center, costing me 5500 rupees. Despite my clear medical history, I was incorrectly prescribed antibiotics for a cough related to my sinus condition, necessitating a return visit for a re-X-ray on 18th May 2024.

The repeated 300-kilometer trips to the center have caused significant financial and emotional strain. Despite my patience, I still have not received my medical report. This intentional delay is jeopardizing my job, causing immense stress.

I recently returned from Qatar in February 2024, where ORYX GTL declared me medically fit until 15th November 2025, with all necessary documentation provided.

I request your immediate intervention to finalize my medical report urgently. Please investigate the practices at the Bangur Medical Center to ensure accountability and prevent similar distress for other's.

I am attaching all relevant medical reports and documents with this letter for your review.
