To
The Hon’ble Home Minister,

NEW DELHI 110 001

Respected Sir,
Sub: Banjara Tribal Ministries, Hyderabad – Appeal about the misuse of Trust Properties and misappropriation of funds by the Funder – President Rev. Christopher .Boda-request for appropriate action.
I, Rev . B. Veeranna who was part of Banjara Tribal Ministries as its Treasurer and also as the Brother- in- Law of Rev. Christopher Boda have fair knowledge of the Banjara Tribal Ministries and hence would like to bring the following to your kind information so that you could take necessary action. I am also marking a copy of this appeal to the Tribal Welfare Commissioner, Government of Telangana, Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, Government of Telangana, and Collector and District Magistrate, Medchal - Malkajgiri District for their information and necessary action from their side.
I appeal to all of you to kindly save the Banjara Tribal Ministries, Registered Society with Registration Number : 359/91, Address: BTM Campus, R. L. Nagar. P. O. Rampally Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District, Telangana. Website: www.btmgypsies.org.
The Banjara Tribal Ministries was established with general aim and objective of helping the widows, orphans, establish educational institutions and children’s homes to help the poor tribal children .it has acquired several acres of land in four districts worth of Rs.500 Crores. All the properties are acquired with foreign contributions from USA, Australia, Christian Aid Mission, USA, Faith Baptist Church, USA and so many such organizations.
Those like me who have been associated with the Banjara Tribal Ministires are very sad to see Rev. Christopher Boda misusing his position as the President and selling some of the lands of the Mi9nistries and transferring the ownership of some lands in the names of his family members. When some o[censored]s has questioned him about his actions, he and his family members namely – Mrs. Rambai. Boda w/o Rev. Christopher Boda and Mr. Vinay Boda s/o Rev.Christopher Boda have threatened to kill us.

:- 2-:
Hence, on behalf of several well – wishers of Banjara Tribal Ministries, I take courage to bring this to your kind notice as you alone can take suitable corrective action.

To the best of my knowledge, the Banjara Tribal Ministries has the following properties :
1. 206 Acres at Motakonduru Village, Yadadri District;
2. 50 Acres of Prime Agricultural land at Palair Village, Khammam District;
3. 22 Acres at Bibi Nagar, Yadadri District;
4. 13.30 Acres land at Bogaram Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal- Malkajgiri District; and
5. 14 Acres at Sinduravanam, Haridaspally, Medchal- Malkajgiri District.
The above lands are worth several crores of Rupees. If is learnt that Rev. Christopher Boda has already entered in to agreement to sell some of these lands and received huge amounts as advance. He has also transferred the ownership of some lands in the names of his family members to benefit them against the spirit of objectives of Society and also against the Bye- Laws of Banjara Tribal Ministries.
Rev. Christopher Boda is resorting to forgery of signature of the Executive Body without even conducting the necessary meetings. If Rev. Christopher Boda sells these Lands for the benefits of himself and his family members, several poor tribal children will suffer and their future will be destroyed.
In view of the above facts, on behalf of these unfortunate poor children and their families, I make this appeal to you and request you to kindly take suitable action at the earliest.
I and several poor children shall be very grateful to you for your quick action in this regard.

Thanking you,
You’re faithfully,

Rev B. Veeranna
