Dear sir mene www.bankingcsc.in sai online registration kiya tha kiosk banking lene ki liye or mene is company mai kareeb 98000 /- rs invest kiye hai ab kuch problem sai mai inki service nahi le pa raha hu to mene company sai apne paise refund mange to kehane lage ki refund ki liye apko 14000/- rs service tax 14% deposit kerna hoga fir RBI mai fir rbi apka payment relase karea to mene kaha ye kya baat hui mujhe apna paise lene ki liye khud serive tax paid kerna hoga ye kya baat hui

so plz help me

Updated by jiten80 Www.bankingcsc.in ek ferzi company hai jo customer ka paise deposit kervati hai fir jab kaam nahi hota or customer refund mangta hai to unka he paisa refund ki liye unse he service tax lene dene ko bolti hai kyonki mene jab apne 98000rs/- wapas mange to kehane lage ki apko 14% service tax paid kerna padega bhai wo bhi bina kisi TDS certificate diye hui bhai jaha tak mai janta hu TDS to legal hota hai or wo tabhi cuta jata hai jab cutne wale ki pass pehale certificate hona chaiye

ye log 1 no ki ferzi hai koi bhi inse kaam na leai verna meri tara bhute bura fasega

Sir, bankingcsc se hamne kiosk ke ley apply kiya usme hamse 112100 rupaye jama karay gaye hamne company ke account maneger Abhay V erma ke account me 112100 rupaye NEFT kar deye lekin ab our pase mag rahe hai kah rahe hai ke jab tak aap paisa nahi jama karege tab tak na to aap ka rupaya vapas hoga na to branch melegy . please sir help me
