Celebrity fitness gym folks have been troubling me for quite sometime one. I have been a member there for last 2-3 years, however, I was not very regular because of my busy schedule. There were times I did not go to the gym for the entire month. On checking if I could freeze my account, they said it is not possible, if you don't visit, it is not our concern, you would still need to make the payments and they kept deducting my ECS every month. On fine day when i went they informed ,they had increased the fees and i need to pay the pending amount. they never informed me by any means on their increase in fee. Last month they deducted their ECS twice from my account without informing. I went to them and they said they would refund my money and it has been more than 15 days I am running around and they haven't returned my money. I would want to file a case against them with penalty. I I am thereby requesting consumer forum to please help me with this situation as they have done this fraud with me.
