Dear Sir,
I crossed bann toll plaza at 4:50PM on 26/11/2022 in my vehicle no JK02AG7117 and toll of Rs 155 was deducted from my Paytm wallet.
I returned back in the same vehicle on 27/11/2022 and crossed toll plaza at 5:09 AM and toll of Rs 80 was deducted from my Paytm wallet.
Suddenly a fraud entry has been made by the toll people and another amount of Rs 155 has been deducted from my Paytm wallet showing crossing of toll plaza at 5:31 AM in the same vehicle.
This may please verified from CCTV footage.
Kindly book the Ban Toll Plaza under rules.
All deductions are made from one fastag I’d that is 34161FA820328E4008258DE0
