26-nov-2017: the newspaper advs boasted about bantia furniture and being new to the city we went to purchase one. Having picked one and confirming that the date of delivery should be planned given i have a patient at home, we paid the entire amount and waited. The sofa arrives on the said date and within seconds we identify a major crack - yes a visible crack on the 3 seater and other damages to the single seater. We are informed that the sofa will be replaced and asked to come to the store on the 3rd dec 2017 to check the new sofa. To our shock, its the same piece with some touch up done. Disappointed we request the manager to review. He is shocked too and requests for another few days. Today we are on the 6th of dec and probably the sofa should arrive in another 1-2 days is what we have been informed. I do not mean to penalize the manager, while he is doing his best but my humble request is, please return my hard earned money and i do not want to go ahead with the unprofessional workers and want my refund.
The agony is not only the money burnt but also the fact that is was informed that there is a patient and we need the furniture as soon as we move into the apartment. I feel miserable for the discomfort caused, for the last one week the patient has once again been bed only.. Which is absolutely not acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
