Baot — Delivered wrong product

As one side of my airdopes is not working therfore i have raised a complaint warranty clame .i got the product delivered but it is not the same which i have complained. My product which i purchased was [boat airdopes 441] but the product i have received is [boat airdopes 171] which is cheap as compared to my product.it was metioned right on the box but inside there is wrong product ..id of my product is Shipping id :[protected]...but instead of this i got[protected]..please help me i want my product
