Bar — charged over mrp for bottled water and cold drinks

So a restaurant can charge me over the mrp for bottled water according to a recent court judgement (Which i guess is little vague). I was also charged more for cold drinks.

Are these two put in the same category?

Also i read a few reports and it was said that restaurants are to provide safe ro water to customers and it is on the customer to what he/she wants to opt for i. E bottled water or ro water.

Can someone just guide me through it.
