After judgement of Kerala High Court ordered not to collect exorbitant enrolment fee of Rs 20050, only to collect 750 Rupees as enrolment fee, Bar Council appealed for it. The Bar Council of Kerala stopped the process of enrolment of new Advocates in Kerala.The applicants are losing their valuable time in this context.The last enrolment date was on 2023 March.After being 3 months there is no chance for enrolment.To apply as Legal Assistant/Assistant Public Prosecutor in Kerala PSC one must have enrolled as Advocate or must have atleast 3 years standing on the bar.In this context they are likely to lose their chance because of extending the date of application of enrolment.Kindly declare the date of application for enrolment for new Advocates.
