On 2nd Jan 2022 we had booked the dinner with Barbeque nation ID #GC[protected]
. We paid twice due to the technical glitch on the app. While paying initially with smiley (Rs.2272) it failed on the app but the amount was deducted from my bank account.
Staff confirmed that the amount was not received, then we paid again with our debit card without a smiley that we get on app as discount and bill generated as (Rs.2379.) that we paid and that went successful.
The issue is now we have not received the money that was done earlier which means that Barbeque has kept both amounts with them, after raising complain and calling and multiple mails they admit that they received twice payment, still they are not refunding our amount and making false claims that they have refunded and not ready to share Transaction id to us.
People involved in this and making us mentally sick are : Dheeraj Iyer (TL),
Ram Lal (Gaur mall staff)) Vinay and many more .
