I had opted for an online astrology solution offered by them by paying Rs 1100. They were supposed to send me a 40 page horoscope and answers to three questions given by me, within 72 hours. I placed the order and made payment on 4th October 2017. Till date I have not received the item. I have been following up with them constantly (through email and then almost daily phone calls). Finally I asked them to refund my money as the questions I had asked are not valid any more. However they are not doing anything. PLEASE help me get back my money.
