Barkatullah University — application of degree rejected

Dear sir / ma'am,

I, akhilesh kumar singh, had submitted an application to get my graduation degree. The application was submitted on 27th january 2020. I had also uploaded my final year marksheet as proof and paid an amount of 325 for the same. However, my application has been rejected and the application status shows "application is rejected due to marksheet not clear, date on 28 january 2020".

I am attaching the screenshot of the status that is showing on the site and also the application that i had submitted.

Request you to advise how i can get my graduation certificate.
