Barkatullah University — application status showing rejected

I have received a message that my application no. Bdig[protected] has been rejected due to verified marksheet from autonomous college not attached.
But when i checked the bu degree status, the file has been attached, when i was going through the option (Please click to see the attachment).
So know do i need to again apply for the same.
And the amount that has been deducted would it be refunded?
Kindly, get this issue into the notice. Please
