Barkatullah University — complaint about marksheet rectification

Sir/mam,

With all due respect i want to highlight an issue been made to my 1st semester marksheet for b.com (Taxation). By mistakenly college has sent the data for me being absent in my taxation practical which wasn't the case actually. The same issue was there with my 2nd semester marksheet but that has been rectified by the college, its just the 1st sem rectification which is pending. Can anyone please look into this.

I am a student of B.com 2nd year (private). My exam is going from 3rd April to 26th April, but in my admit card all the subjects are bcom 1st year. I request you to enter the subject of B.com 2nd year and correct my admit card and my entire data. Iam also sending a copy of my present admit card with this request please amend it.
