Respected sir/madam
This is CINU THOMAS i have completed my mba and result was published on 31 jan 2016 hence i applied for my degree for the same on 26/12/2016 through mp online with appication no -(BDIG[protected]) and also paid 325/- Rs + charges for the same, as i did not get my degree for several months after that i went to bu for the same where i was asked to submit copy of my application and mark sheets which i did and was assured that i will get my degree asap but still even after such a long time i have not received my degree . i again went to bu recently and was told the degree is sent and i was asked to go to post office for the inquiry where the post office ppl have told me
that they have no record of the same . i need my degree very urgently as i have some plans for further studies outside .kindly help
