1. I am an Ex-servicemen from Himachal Pradesh. During my service at AEC Training College & Centre Pachmarhi, I pursued MA English from Barkatullah University as a private candidate in the year[protected].
2. There was a correction in the spellings of my father and mother's name in both previous and final year mark sheets.
3. I applied for the correction online. Application Nos BUSC[protected] and BUSC[protected] for which payment of Rs 165 each was done on 6 Dec 2019.
4. Sir, three years have passed since then but still reply is awaited. It is very difficult to convey as nobody picks the phone provided in the site. And also it is very difficult for me to approach physically at Bhopal.
5. Now since I am on the verge of getting re-employment, I require your kind help to provide me the corrected mark sheets which will help me in avoiding undue delay in getting job.
6. Also please guide me if any other document is required or if there is any other procedure.
7. I am enclosing both applications for your ready reference.
8. I am also enclosing proof of matric certificate for fathers name.
