Barkatullah University — delay in dispatching degree

Hello sir,
I had applied for my bhmct degree on 23 th may 2017 with successfully online registration. But still two years are already over but the degree has not been dispatched to me.. The application status shows that university has not got the record yet... Please resolve this problem as soon as possible..
