*respected sir /ma'am, this is to inform you that i had made an online application on the mp online portal and also made a online payment of rs.325/-for seeking my degree certificate via online application no - bdig[protected] date -21/12/2018. There is no process in this regard and the portal always gives the status as 'application is under process in university '. Its been so long on this and my all batchmates have been provided with the degree certificate. I'm in urgent need of the certificate. Request you to kindly help me in this regard*
