Barkatullah University — Migration certificate not received but dispatched by you

Hi,
I have applied for my migration certificate but I have not received it yet. On Barkatullah website it says dispatched with application no. BMIG[protected] and tracking number EI[protected]IN but it is returning back to you and i have not received the same. Please send it back as soon as possible.
And let me know the status of my complaint.
