Barkatullah University — No response on degree certificate application

It's been around 2 months since I've applied for my degree certificate but no progress has been made yet. I got shortlisted at IIM Kohzikode and have to submit it urgently to continue with my application. The process at BU is horrible and pathetic. I don't know what to do !!
