Barkatullah University — non process of application for degree certificate

Dear sir
This is to inform you that i had made an online application on the mp online portal and also made a online payment of rs.325/- for seeking my degree certificate vide online application no : bdig[protected] dated[protected].
There is no progress in this regard and the portal always gives the status as "application under process".
Its been too long on this and i am in urgent need of the certificate.
Request you to kindly help me in this regard.
