Barkatullah University — Not received my Migration certificate yet 4 years gone

Address:Hanif Reparing Works Azad ward kandeli Narsinghpur

BMIG[protected] I have applied for migration Oct 17 2017 10:24AM but I was pending for long not received and now on site it is showing that it is dispatched but I have not received yet.
Please help me in getting my Migration Certificate as soon as possible.
