Barkatullah University — Refilling of rejected migration certificate application

Hello Sir
I submitted an online application for getting my migration certificate but it got rejected because of no marksheet attachment. I did 1 year of BSC (biology) from Vivekanand college pipariya. Then 1 left the college and joined other college of RGPV university in bhopal. For this i need my migration certificate to verify may gap of an year. I submitted online application without makrsheet bcz of which it got rejected on 31 October 2019. Now i have the marksheet from university and at that time i had only online marksheet. Kindly help me about how can i refill the application or migration certificate from BU. My college said they cannot help only university can provide me migration. I am attaching screenshot of my rejected application. Kindly respond to my problem, and help me.
