Barkatullah University — regarding degree certificate applied on 28/09/2009

I have applied for Bcom degree since 28/09/2019 and still waiting it be dispatched. On the website of barkatullah university it is still showing the status as "application is under process in university". It is been 20 days there is no status change.
I have applied for AGMP (Advance General Managment Program) from IIM Ahemdabad for which I need to submit degree from the university.
Kindly help to get the degree asap, as it is delaying my application for pr.
