I, devika lovanshi, had submitted an application to get my graduation degree. The application was submitted on 21 feb 2019. I had also uploaded my final year marksheet as proof and paid an amount of 325 for the same. However, my application has been rejected and the application status shows "application is rejected due to submited to be marksheet, date on 21 feb 2019.

I am attaching the screenshot of the status that is showing on the site and also the application that i had submitted.
I hereby request you to inform what the problem is. Or refund the paid fee because i followed all the instructions
