Barkatullah University — required bba degree and it was pending form 2018

I have applied for bba degree since 06/07/2018 and still waiting it be dispatched. On the website of barkatullah university it is still showing the status as "application is under process in university". It is been a year and there is no status change.
Kindly help to get the degree asap, as it is delaying my application for passport & visa formalities.
